Job Description

Applying is now open for the WIPO Internship Roster 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland. The internship is fully funded and will cover round-trip airfare, a monthly stipend, and local transportation expenses in Geneva. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in innovation and creativity. WIPO stands for the World Intellectual Property Organization, an international organization that focuses on intellectual property (IP). The WIPO became the specialized agency of the United Nations in 1974 and works closely related to intellectual property.

The internship can last anything from 12 weeks to 12 months. Students enrolling in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs at universities, as well as those who have completed coursework and graduated from universities, are eligible to apply for the WIPO Internship. Eligibility Criteria

The WIPO internship is open to applicants from all countries.
Individuals pursuing or obtaining a university degree.
Candidates who are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program must be in their third or fourth year.
Graduates are eligible for the internship if they have completed their education within two years before the start of the internship.
Should have computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant programs.

Benefits of the WIPO Roster Internship

Interns will get:

Round Trip Airfare of up to 1,500 Swiss francs for interns who are nationals of developing countries and LDCs.
A monthly Stipend of 1,570 Swiss francs.
A Transport allowance in the amount of 70 Swiss francs per month to cover local transportation expenses in Geneva.
